Isochronic Tones Electronic




Isochronic Tones Electronic.

Watched a Youtube video about something called FLOW. It's supposed to be a state you enter where you're able to get a lot more done in the same time. You are relying on your subconscious more and removing conscious decisions. There was a Q&A at the end and isochronic tones were mentioned.

I don't find them that great.

Take a listen if you are studying or got lots of work to do. Meditate to them you are supposed to.
